Creamiest soft serve I have ever had. Absolutely delicious!!!
We arrived at the location at 12:15 PM, but they opened at 12:00 PM. We were informed that the machines for making the Italian ice were not ready yet and were asked to come back in thirty minutes. This is the second time this has occurred, and it’s evident that the staff did not properly prepare for opening. It’s disappointing that an Italian ice shop doesn't have its main product ready when customers arrive. I have never encountered this issue at the other location. Come on! I will not be returning to this location!

The ice is great, but the cashier has an actitud. Speaking under her breath because I was asking maybe to many questions. With another male cashier. I thought it was just me but my wife had the same experience.
