Ive been here multiple times and haven't had to many issues. It seems staff is just not wanting to do their job and cut corners. I get in 10 minutes before close and I get everyone wants to leave right at close and not stay after. I went to purchase 3 ice cream cakes or 2 ice cream cakes a 10 ice cream sandwiches for a party in the morning before your store opens the next morning.
