I've ordered from this Jeremiah's location multiple times through DoorDash because I genuinely enjoy the mango and vanilla Gelati. Unfortunately, my last two orders have been completely incorrect. I typically order two Gelatis at a time. On one order, I left specific instructions for each cup to have different flavors. Instead, both flavors were mixed into both cups, which was not what I ordered. There was a black employee who is working towards the night time and she was extremely rude to customers and also to another employee working with her. in front of the store, clearly sign says restrooms are for paying customers, still she refused to let us use restroom even when we were paying customers. We love Italian ice at Jeremiah but never had to face this kind of rude and unprofessional employee.
