I had a disappointing experience at Jeremiah's Italian Ice. The employee didn’t greet me and seemed confused by a simple order (a tadpole swirl in a waffle cone, which I offered to pay extra for). More concerning was hygiene—she repeatedly touched her hair and then went to handle my cone without sanitizing her hands. I canceled my order because of this. Customer service and food handling standards definitely need improvement.
