While the ice cream itself is good, this location is just terrible when it comes to customer service. Repeatedly terrible might I add! I could go into details, but I'll leave it at that. If you read through the one star reviews mentioning customer service, you'll get the point. For that reason, we will have to continue patronizing other locations. I have almost tried everything they have and i LOVE them all! My favorite flavor of the moment is the frosted animal cracker.
Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is always a treat! The shop is spotless every time we visit, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The portions are very generous for the price — you definitely get great value here. Do yourself a favor and try the Strawberry Shortcake — it’s absolutely amazing and easily a favorite. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something sweet and refreshing for adults and kiddos alike!
