I highly recommend Jeremiah. The first time we spoke I challenged him to add value to the transaction (I’m a lawyer, so reading contracts is something I don’t need help with). I’d suggest going to Jeremiah. He was responsive, thorough, and very helpful with neighborhood and builder recommendations along with a good knowledge of everyone’s involvement in the buying and selling process!
