I have the same complaint as several of these reviews!!!! He lies & his workers damaged so much of my lawn by pouring the leftover wet cement on my lawn & it still will not grow back. He said he would come back with some sod to fix it & the paint on my curbing is all faded away & looks awful. Never did get him to finish but I never want him back here again & my neighbors all agree with me & think they did the worse job ever. 2 families were going to call him but not now!!! People like him should never be in business!!!

Mr. Smith presents himself as a real nice guy, but eventually becomes too opinionated & over-bearing - much like a used car salesman! After showing him what was wanted & what to stay away from, he did as he damned-well pleased, killed my lawn & rose bush, piled dirt on my water-feature/rock garden, bent the decorative fencing & prepared to pour concrete right where HE wanted it - I DIDN'T! I had my drive way repaved close to winter but insisted it wasn't to late in the season. I had him do the work, he was replacing sidewalk also so the city got involved. And thank goodness or i have no doubt my driveway would fall apart in a couple years. My initial bid was about $600 less but nickle and dime a bunch of additive and extras because of the weather, not a problem if it was up front about the extra cost. put handing me a bill from your truck in the middle of the street saying you need more money is horrible. Jeremiah Rex Smith and his crew has done several jobs for me at home: Two concrete jobs, which were done with care, using great technique, on time, and the envy of the neighborhood. We discussed details ahead of time, answered every question, before and during the work. I used his company because he stressed craftsmanship and had a crew that had been working with him for a long time. All were very responsible. He always listened to what I needed to be done.
