It’s actually Susan Redvanly and I find Dr. Kurz to be a consummate professional who is not rushed and listens well along with having a good sense of humor.
Dr. Kurz is a great doctor, however his staff needs training in answering his phone for current and new patients - I can't fathom a new patient calling and receiving the same lack of care that I received trying to make an appointment. I will not name the person, who likely gave me a fake name anyway, but I hope Dr. Kurz sees these reviews and understands that his reception, namely a younger lady, is quite literally the reason I will be switching offices.
