Dr.Kurz is an excellent doctor. He helped my son tremendously while in the hospital and I am grateful for his care.
Front desk was extremely rude. I called to schedule an appointment, and the lady who was assisting, (You know who you are) was unprofessional, rude and not helpful. As I was explaining that i needed to schedule an appointment, she became irritated because i dint have the doctor's name. It would of been my first time visit and all my referral had was the name of the office and the type of test i need to get done. As i was explaining that to her, she cut me off and transferred me to voicemail.
