This is the second time I have been to this doctor. This doctor is very dismissive and comes off as a cold and uncaring doctor. The first time I went alone and he said the pain I had been experiencing was not there again dismissing my pain. Then I go unfortunately again to talk to him about this same pain almost 2 years later. Gave no insights as to why this is happening. I would not go to this guy. Definitely a weird character
Dr. Jones may be an acceptable physician in some regards (perhaps gallbladders, appendectomies) but he is certainly not the doctor to go to if you are diagnosed with breast cancer. He did not take the time to be thorough in his exam, neither verbally or physically. He had zero empathy; I have no problem with doctors who have a poor bedside manner as long as their skills, knowledge, and quality of care are great. Dr. Jones is man of few words, but kind and professional. He answered all of my questions and did a great job on my inguinal hernia surgery. All of the staff at Lutheran were so kind and worked well together.
