My use of diagnostic imaging (X ray, MRI, CT) is conservative, but we have X ray on site, and don't hesitate to refer for other tests if needed. We can usually see patients same day, and wait times are usually less than 5 minutes. Our staff will do a complimentary insurance verification, and explain the benefits up front.
