He's been the only chiropractor I've dealt with in the past 10 to 20 years who has continually helped my spinal issues. I go in weekly and if I miss a week, I'm a mess. He genuinely cares about his patients along with his great staff. I absolutely recommend him...

I saw Dr. Hoopes after an auto accident and in my opinion he was only interested in a check from my insurance company. My visits would mostly consist of sitting on a machine and my total time with Dr. Hoopes himself would never be more than 1 minute. I felt as though coming in was a formality. After a while I realized he didn't care about my chiropractic care but only the money. Since seeing him I found a great chiropractor in town. What a difference between the two.

Dr. Hoopes office implied that patient was covered under insurance when they said they accepted DMBA. However, I found that they are not a contracted provider two days later. Poor business practice in that they did not explain what costs would be. They charged my benny card $13 more than non-contracted benefit. And $18 more than expected, than contracted provider. When I tried to call the number listed at this page, it said 'No route found'. Very poor business practice. Please refund.
