This review is for his 15901 w hawthorne blvd location. So many things wrong. To start off, there are gaps in the walls, so you could hear everything the other patients are discussing with the doctor. I literally heard about a patient complaining about their hemroids. This violation of privacy should be taken more seriously. They’re so busy that appointments are scheduled the next month, which made me unable to get a doctors note for work. I am a new patient to Dr. Aguolo. Here is my experience: Wait times to be seen are several hours because the staff says the Doctor is always hours late. Referrals provided are no longer in business. No Telehealth or teledoc capabilities. The Doctor does not come to see you. You are ushered to him seated in a chair in an exam room. He does not examine you. Hi guys, everyone should go into their benefits online and apply a grievance on this office. That’s the only way establishments like this will change. While I see reviews for the doctor himself is good, I experienced his receptionists today and it was awful. You need to be a doctor’s office that is able to handle paperwork properly otherwise time goes by and people’s conditions get worse. That is a health safety if you are not organized. The doctor himself is good. He takes his time with patients, although he has a communication problem. But the rest is pure chaos. You arrive, you're given an appointment for 10 AM, and you end up being seen at 2 PM. That's not normal. There are too many patients, and there's no oversight from the health authorities.
Staff is extremely unhelpful. Very little regard for patient care. Almost impossible to get normal prescriptions called in.
