Staff is extremely unhelpful. Very little regard for patient care. Almost impossible to get normal prescriptions called in.
Paying attention to your health
Awful. The doctor himself is actually very thorough, but, unfortunately, that doesn't outweigh the horrible front desk service & prescription hassel. Expect to wait 1-2 hours for your appointment, EVERY TIME. They don't write prescriptions the same day; you have to return the following day in the evening to get your paper prescription. They don't call in prescriptions. They don't respond to pharmacy requests for refills. They don't do anything digital, everything is on paper. Was told I had a broken pelvis then I went to see my orthopedic doctor and was told nothing was broken???? How does the X-ray technician and doctor both mis diagnose me? Incompetent front desk ladies as well she kept faxing the wrong phone number was rude when I corrected her phone number by one digit. Beware coming here. Update still fails to fax me my X-ray copies… pursuant to Health and Safety Code sections 123100 through 123149.5 they are requiered to send me my X-rays in a timely manner or face the board of medical.
