Based on my experience, I would not spend money here for cosmetic laser treatment. I was told a consultation with Dr. Jerden would cost $250 and that she wasn’t available for months, so I paid $100 to see a nurse practitioner instead. I was quoted approximately $3,000 for laser resurfacing, with recovery extending into two weeks. I scheduled my appointment on 11/19/2025 for 5/4/2026. I showed up and I couldn't even check in on their IPad app because they require you provide a credit card on file. You can't proceed, skip, nothing. It's a mandatory entry in the check-in process. I'm not an insurance paid patient - I am a cash patient. Meaning, I have always been required to pay for voluntary cosmetic services in full such as these when services are rendered with exact out the door price known at time of those services being provided.
