I have been disappointed with my experience at this practice. Communication has been a consistent challenge, as messages and questions are often unanswered or receive delayed responses. As a parent, timely guidance is important, especially when concerns arise about my children's health. I have also felt that it frequently takes multiple office visits before a clear diagnosis or treatment plan is provided. Dr. Jacobs is incredibly kind and thorough in her explanations. We trust her recommendations. She and her office provide timely feedback to concerns and that has brought peace of mind. She has been our family pediatrician for years and my kids say “she is very nice, she should get 1000 stars!”
We loved Doctor Jacob’s, she is awesome. She has been taking care of my daughter since she born (7 years ago )and we always have a good experience every time we have an appointment with her.
