I really loved this doctor and felt like she had my back while in the hospital before and after birth. My husband and my entire family really liked her. I’m shocked to see anything but a 5 star review.
I went to the Kyle MFM location after previous scans showed a possible fetal growth restriction, however it was quite possible that the baby was just a naturally small kiddo. The biophysical profile came out to be 6/8 because baby didn’t practice breathing enough within the thirty minute allotment. The nurse took me into another room for a non-stress test to gauge how baby is doing. Dr. Ghartey should have her license taken away... I've never been treated so inappropriately by a medical professional in my life. I have a very high risk pregnancy and was told to reach out to the doctors with any concerns I had in the portal. She called me personally - which honestly I never expect (I thought a nurse would call me), and before getting started, she let me know that I was wasting her time because this was the second time she had to respond to my portal questions (even though it was the first I ever sent her)... read more
This Doctor did not have good communication skills in regards to the first appointment for my daughter. We sat in the waiting room for an hour before Dr Gharty got back with us saying she was too busy to see us. No one in the office knew what was going on. The doctor could care less about my daughters high risk pregnancy. My daughter is in the medical field and had to take off work to be at this appointment.
