When we first met Dr. Jen, my granddaughter was 9 years old; she had what we learned to call a “Traffic jam” In her mouth. Basically just too many teeth in a small area. We started this journey with Dr. Jen and she has been amazing! Occasionally, I have the opportunity to go with my granddaughter to see Dr. Jen, And I am impressed. Jen and her staff are simply amazing!! We were always treated with that upmost respect and kindness. They all took interested in what is happening in our lives. When my daughter struggled with the fitting of the retainer or her invisible line.. they were always willing to adjust and work with us. I couldn’t ask for a better orthodontist
The staff at this office are very attentive and friendly. They’ve always been able to work around my very busy schedule and to make sure that my daughter is comfortable when she is getting her braces adjusted.
