I hired Jent Mechanical for the installation of a brand-new unit. Months later, when issues arose, they did not honor the warranty they offered. I was left to cover the cost of hiring another company to correct their mistakes. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Jent Mechanical. They did not demonstrate the professionalism or accountability I would expect from a qualified contractor.
