It’s so bad service
Staff were lovely but the execution was NOT IT. Got my nails done the day before my birthday so was on a ‘high’ and not paying attention to detail. How they would have rectified this if I’d flagged it, I don’t know. But it was my husband when I got home who pointed out the angle of my nails!! No complaints about the deluxe pedicure. That was lovely.
The lady that waxed my eyebrows, took too much of the tail off and then blamed me, she also double dipped and managed to get wax stuck in my hair. Don’t come here for waxing- if you can’t do the service don’t say yes!
