We we’re vacationing in Hot Springs Village and had a problem with our car. We took it in at 8 AM and they had us ready to go by 9:30. Prices were reasonable, too! I highly recommend this place.
Had a tire going flat as I passed Jensen’s - stopped in - super receptionist/office manager and tire assistant served me superbly .... and I was out and on my way in just minutes. Bravo!
Took my car in for an oil change and fluid check. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Price was competitive with other places. Waiting area was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Overall a good experience.
Had to take my car up due to tire deflation. Was told my tire was NOT repairable but that they could sell me a new tire for $147.50. WHAT?????? One tire for a CAR? That was all they "had in stock". After charging $13.50 to put my donut on (which I understand), my husband took my car to someone else who FIXED the tire and charged just $12.00 to do so. I highly recommend Jensen tire and service. They stand behind their work. They do not do extra work on your vehicle that is not needed. They are straight forward honest people.
