Very inept company. I didn't want to leave any stars, but I couldn't post without at least one. This is a long post, but it is necessary to show what a joke Jensen's made of a simple air conditioning installation. I couldn't be more disgusted with a company. We have used Jensen's for our rental property and our home for the past 5 years, at least. When our air conditioning system failed on June 12, we called Jensen's. We had a leak from our water heater for an undetermined amount of time, and were working with insurance and contractors and getting estimates...it was a whole mess. And through it all, Jensen's was patient, flexible with scheduling to accommodate the contractors, and so fast and thorough with communication. I sent them a picture of our old water heater and they gave me the install price over email, which was fair and affordable. Unprofessional service. Woodstock Jensens is a waste of TIME. Our family waited a month to have a home rodding of the sanitary sewer performed and the job was never completed. We received a quote for service on April 2nd only to be told, our appointment needed to be changed due to other service emergencies. The follow up date came, and went because Jensens needed to reschedule. Today is now the day of service (April 24th), but the two techs present don’t know HOW to perform the service mentioning the original tech “Nick” who... read more
These guys are top notch. Our water heater broke down during some of the coldest weather. They were able to install a new one and get everything running with very minimal disruption. Their prices were more than fair. 100% will use them again.
