Had a oil change, they installed a front license plate holder and changed a faulty closure switch that was under warranty. Almost 3 hours later the bill was all messed up. Charged $114 for a license plate holder and over $100 for the oil chance. They tried to charge me over $200 for the switch that was under warranty. I will not be returning to this business. They took way to long to get this work done and and overcharge their customers

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a vehicle there for warranty work a few times and had very poor communication from the service dept. Left and message of there website contact form and still haven’t received a call back. (Over a week ago). Called and asked to speak to the general manager and was transferred to the service guy who told me just to talk to him. The service department has improved over the years. I got new tires and the price was the same as everybody else and the job was scheduled in a couple days. The estimated wait time was very close and no surprises when paying the bill. One advantage over the Chevy dealership is that Jensen's doesn't add a 3% charge for using a Visa credit card.
