Good afternoon. Just want to thank you folks again at Jensen Dealership in LeMars, Iowa for assisting me and acquiring my RAM 1500 on 3/30/26. Gave it a road test from Omaha, NE to Columbia, Missouri and back and it drove like I were driving on clouds. Again, I can't thank you (Kim) and your team enough!
I had a horrible experience with this dealership, and it looks to be very likely illegal. I leased a Jeep Wrangler July 31, 2023. I drove 5 hours to pick it up, and within 30 min of being there everything changed. My payment was suddenly going to be $50 more/ month (typical bait and switch) I said no and was about to leave. They said just wait we can make it happen but we have to do a few things to make it work and your lease won’t fund for a few weeks. Brought my Jeep in for service and initially had some confusion and miscommunication regarding the work being done. However, the issues were addressed and resolved within a couple of days. Service manager Noah was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making things right and ensuring I was satisfied. If you ever have an issue, I’d recommend communicating directly with them because they were willing to work through the situation and resolve it.
Bought a new Jeep today and we had a great experience! Everyone that helped us was awesome. Thank you!!!
