I had a horrible experience with this dealership, and it looks to be very likely illegal. I leased a Jeep Wrangler July 31, 2023. I drove 5 hours to pick it up, and within 30 min of being there everything changed. My payment was suddenly going to be $50 more/ month (typical bait and switch) I said no and was about to leave. They said just wait we can make it happen but we have to do a few things to make it work and your lease won’t fund for a few weeks. Brought my Jeep in for service and initially had some confusion and miscommunication regarding the work being done. However, the issues were addressed and resolved within a couple of days. Service manager Noah was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making things right and ensuring I was satisfied. If you ever have an issue, I’d recommend communicating directly with them because they were willing to work through the situation and resolve it.

Very pleased with our second Cherokee purchase experience at Jensen Le Mars, Jeep. The sales rep, Chris Bright, was very personable and helpful. He was willing to find us the right Jeep at our price point and offered to drive to get it if necessary.
