This was the first time I used Jensen's and they exceeded my expectations. They called before to confirm, day of to make sure all was good and the day after to make sure all went well. Customer service like I haven't seen for a long time. The technician was wonderful and answered all of my questions. The carpet looks beautiful and the spots on the steps are gone. I will absolutely use them again and recommend to others!

Can't even tell you how many times they have "saved" me! Flood, family gatherings, tile cleaning, etc.. Highly recommend. My "go-to" guys.

These guys are amazing! Had them out to clean a carpet in out apartment, no idea how long it had been since it was last done (we moved into our place 5 years ago and it defiantly wasn't done before we moved in). So we had 5+ years of stained beat up carpet that I thought was going to have to be replaced on our dollar. Their technician came out, gave me the estimate, and went to work. About an hour later the carpet looked better than it dud when we moved in! It looks amazing! Jensen's is just plain awesome!
