I read other reviews and it would seem that someone was upset about their car being in need of repair - it is never a "fun" experience regardless of where you go. There is no other automotive repair shop in Minneapolis I would go to OTHER than Jensen's. Simply for the fact that they are honest, fair, trust worthy and knowledgeable. That is what you look for when getting a service done. This is the place to go when you need your car fixed.
My experience has been completely different than the others here. Very happy with the quality of service received. Professional, friendly and fair. They don't fix anything that doesn't need to be done and explain their work before they do it. I repeat business here even though I live on the east side of town. Also I'm not afraid to put my name on my review, "A Google user."
