Got me in and on on short notice. Very courteous and professional staff
Because I brought in a couple of toys the day after Thanksgiving for the Angel Tree Toy Drive, the manager decided to do something nice for me in return. So when my car needed some work done on wheel bearings and tie rods the day after Christmas, he and his crew fixed them for almost half of what a competitor would have charged me, and they even threw in a replacement set of rear brake pads for no extra cost! It's a shame that this isn't the nearest Jensen store to me; the Council Bluffs location is.
Cody was great. Was able to schedule service on the same day. Tires and an oil change within a few hours. Quality service and price. Highly recommended.
1 star for the person who gived me my key when they done from fixing my car, because when i had seen my car got pulled out of the garage i come in the the front desk where this guy was doing something and he act like no one front of him for like 3 to 5 mint, then he asked me " is it the mercedes ?" i said: yes, then he whent to the garage and come back to give me the key without saying any word ( honestly, i didn't know if i should leave or wait for something) after that he print a copy of the invoice and hand it to me .
No nonsense, efficient service
Very helpful, thorough and quick! Never have to worry about over charges or faulty work! Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
