We bought $1600 worth of tires from this location for all 3 of our vehicles, drove our truck with brand new tires and within 300 miles all 4 tires had bubbles in them. We had to spend another $600 to get tires and were told by Jensen tire that we have to contact Goodyear. Great customer service. We spend a lot of money there, but we will be going elsewhere from now on. What a horrible, expensive lesson.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean. They explain what they are doing to the customer and what they find wrong with the vehicle
I always have a good experience. They’re honest and don’t try to get me to spend money unnecessarily.
