Super disappointed with Jensen Tire & Auto. I had one of my tires replaced and I asked them to check ALL of my tires prior to a trip I was taking. They told me all of my tires were good to go! As you can see, I got a bad flat tire during my trip. I appreciate your diligence and concern for your customer safety. Would not recommend.
I had a big screw in my tire. Showed up unannounced and was leaving with my tire fixed within 20 minutes. The attendant was very helpful and friendly. Very pleasant experience. Thank you.

This is my third experience that I have had with the store on Monroe St. The store managers have been great to work with. They always listen and take as much time as needed to get what I need taken care at a fair price.
