They did an awesome job, as always. I would recommend them to anyone.
They scratched the rims and it was out of commission for almost 2 weeks. Even after I told them the other Jensen Tire scratched one they scratched the remaining 3, not sure how that happens I would say they have quality control issues. Even after all that they didn’t even offer a discount. I have been going there for almost 30 years I thought that would mean something but in the end it didn’t. Close to home -fast service-staff courteous and good at explaining the service!
Found out from another driver I had both brake lights out!! As usual Jensen was able to get me in and get me back on the road safely!
service was quick and efficient. 2nd time I have used them and I will continue to rely on them to service my car.
Answered all my questions and completed all requests for repair. Courteous and professional in all conversations
Ben was a fine customer service rep at Jensen. He got my car in right at the appointment time & I was out of there in under an hour. I can always count on good service after the fact from Jensen Tire in LaVista.
The guys there are awesome and not grumpy... they let you know the cost before they do anything..and Happy to help you in anyway...
