When the dealership told me I would need a new tire because I had two punctures too close to the wall of the tire I brought it to Jensen where they quickly and graciously helped me! They looked up my warranty with no hassle or issue! Despite what the dealership had said they were able to repair the punctures with no issues in less than 30 minutes! Everything was covered by my warranty! They were helpful, friendly and made me feel at ease with utilizing my warranty! I will be back!

I am from out of town and was experiencing tire trouble. My husband is at Omaha Nursing and Rehabilitation which is in walking distance. They took my car in without question, fixed it, and called me. When I went in to pay they told me no charge, they wanted to take care of me! I wanted to cry they were so nice. When I shared my experience, one of the gals there said she was looking for tires and just might have to go there. I thank them so much for their kindness!
The mechanic that did the oil change was very accurate with the oil change and the inspection, but did not check the transmission or if he did I don’t remember him telling me that. The other thing was that they didn’t check why the break check engine light was on. The other Mechanics were very helpful too.
