Excellent customer service. We’re from out of town and just popped in on a Friday at 3:00pm with a large screw in my tire. They got me right in and fixed the tire and then refused to take my money to repair. Hard to find people who put customer service first. Thank you! When my son moves to Bellevue for school, we’ll make sure you are servicing his car.
The team at Jensen Tire in Bellevue, Nebraska, are awesome! I went in for a tire repair and they had it fixed within 30 minutes! They were super professional in every step. This will be my new shop for future repairs! Highly recommend them!
They were fast! Very good customer service as well.
Brought in my car because I had a flat. They fixed my tire and remounted it within 30 minutes of my arrival. They put my donut tire away and cleaned up my trunk. I was very satisfied. I brought my Subaru in for check engine light light. They told. Me they could run diagnostics that afternoon. They called me later to tell me the diagnostics discovered I needed a new gas cap. My car was ready that night. Price was great. I was treated with respect and I felt very confident that I will bring my car there next time.
Came to this location twice for a sc recharge and new tires.... the ac doesn't blow cold at all. And I had to leave work to drive areound omaha for 2.5 hours to find tool to take off lug nuts. Something that hadn't been a issue before. Was very unprofessional and unapologetic. I will never use their service again and will recommend people go to a different shop for work to be done on their vehicles.
