I took my truck to Jensen auto 90th Street location I've dealt with them in the past and got great results this is what leads you to come back However on 12/2/25 I took my truck to be serviced I had quite a few things repaired and as usual the work was top notch but this time I had valuable items stolen removed from my truck I didn't bargain for this I will take this issue up with corporate
They charge way to much on labor and prices. $125 an hour for labor. Then charge you 10 times the prices for the parts. Taking advantaged of singles mothers. Charge $1800 for a service and I've called 5 other shops and 1000 was the top price for the service done.
Do not go here! Manager is the worst manager that I have ever met. You will have to take your car to another place to fix what Jensen Tire breaks while doing oil change.
Disgusting ... having to listen to Howard Stern sexual vulgarity, while one employee searched for stored winter tires. Zero communication with me the entire time -35 minutes wondering what was going on. Finally honked horn at an employee, to finally hear what the problem was, but I am the one who was disparaged for simply asking
I just went into Jensen to have my oil changed and car looked at. They not only were extremely friendly over the phone and offered a great deal, but also had my car done quickly and filled/rotated my tires for no additional charge. The guy Paul working the front counter was super friendly to me and did not try to push any additional charges on me, which has been my experience at other mechanics. Overall great experience and I will be returning!
Always such great customer service from Chase and the guys at Jensen Tire & Auto, 5430 Red Rock Lane in Lincoln, NE. They have saved me more than once, and I am way overdue with this review. True to their word, reasonable fees, deliver what they promised when they promised. Thank you for everything!
