Always such great customer service from Chase and the guys at Jensen Tire & Auto, 5430 Red Rock Lane in Lincoln, NE. They have saved me more than once, and I am way overdue with this review. True to their word, reasonable fees, deliver what they promised when they promised. Thank you for everything!
Shady Sales Tactics and Horrible Customer Service! I would not recommend this place to anyone. During the sales pitch, I was told that when you buy tires from them, they will put you in the front of the service line for flat repairs. This is not true and when I bring it up, they say that is not their policy and treat me like the liar. Their customer service has always been sub-par but today was a new low. Jennifer M. I took my daughter's Volkswagon to get a new battery and fix a flat tire yesterday. Not only were they rude and treated me like a dumb female, they were incompetent. They were unable to remove a locking lug nut, which they assured me on the phone they could remove. I had to pick up the car and take it to Big Red Tire where they removed the locking lug nuts and fixed the flat in thirty minutes. What kind of professional tire store can't remove a tire? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!
