Jensen Retaining Walls did an excellent job on replacing the old wood retaining wall with stone. Dave Jensen, the owner was very through on explaining how the project would proceed from beginning to end. It took a year to complete, due to the supply shortages, but he came through and kept us updated. Our neighbors are duly impressed with the end result as are we. Ahead of schedule We had Dave come out last Summer and give us a quote on a driveway retaining wall. His quote was cheaper than we could have built our wall ourselves (materials, bobcat rental, etc.). He said he could schedule the project this fall. Just after Labor day Dave calls us, he has a break in their schedule and can put our retaining wall in early! Great Job on my Wall They did a great job on my wall. Tore out the old eye soar and replaced with a beautiful block wall. Great service, friendly employees. Not too often do you get a contractor to do what he says. Had lots of compliments from Neighbors already. Would definitely recommend and use again.

RE: Emily Casey Post of 8/1/17 We are the "neighbors" on Mayberry Street that are currently having multiple retaining walls constructed that a post from Emily Casey referred to on 8/1/17. Owner showed up at my home unannounced following phone call complaint. VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE Jensen did a retaining wall at my neighbors house across the street. They left all of their materials (large piles of gravel, dirt and bricks) in front of my house on my mulch beds for more than two weeks (this is a job that should have taken 3 days- the workers were there the whole day and would stand around on their phones and play loud Spanish rap music from 7am to 5pm). Rude owner Very poor customer service. When spoke with this man, he was very rude. It's one thing to be proud of your business, but another to just be outright cocky about it. You can also tell he probably chose this type of field, because he doesn't have an education. He may want to consider going to school, and learning some people skills.

Dave is great to work with. I have worked with Dave over the past few years and find him to be upfront and customer focused on everything he has done for me. He really does care about his work which comes across in the finished project. He is the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a retaining wall! Thanks Dave
