Devin sold our house in the golden hills. He made it super easy and went above and beyond. We had multi offers and I can not believe how high of a price he negotiated for us. He brought his own buyer but I really appreciated his honesty when negotiating because he gave the facts and we went with another offer that was a better fit for our needs. He will constantly send you properties that fit what you are looking for until you have found what you want. He is extremely responsive to calls, texts, emails.
