Do not expect to receive your refund! After 4 years as their tenant of which I was never late on paying my rent, and after 7 weeks after I moved out of the condo, I just received a handwritten ‘receipt’ for a refund of only $79 dollars! They charged me for ‘cleaning’ a carpet that I kept asking to get it replaced since the first day we moved in because it was very old, falling apart, bulging on places and stained from previous tenants, and that they REMOVED after we moved out. Place is literally falling apart and landlord refuses to fix it unless you move out. Mice and poisonous spiders everywhere. Didn’t get any of my deposit back for “carpet cleaning” (they ripped out carpets the minute I left) and they charged me for the whole month of September! I was there for the first day of september cleaning out my stuff. They even got new tenants in the same week I moved out.
Jensen Management and specifically Blake Jensen have been amazing. You can tell they really care about their tenants. The property was clean and newly updated when we moved in and the process was seamless. Blake is very good about answering calls and texts and even came over IMMEDIATELY on a Saturday to help us move our couch in. Lots of attention to detail and care from Jensen Management.
