I recently rented a furnished property from Jensen. Upon move-in the property was filthy. There was dog hair and urine on the floors, several of the items that are noted on the lease agreement were not addressed to the standard that they claimed. It was clear the property had been vacant for several months and had not been cleaned to their standard upon the previous tenants move-out.
