You will NOT get your deposit back! They charged us $350 for cleaning, I’m mad we all the cleaning and wasted our time to get charged that much anyway. I had a cleaner and she charged $75-100 to do the whole house on a bad day. We left it very cleaning! Really frustrated with the outcome of this! I really like Doug and the other front desk staff! It’s the backend, and the higher ups that aren’t kind. They don’t care! Renting from them Is fine just know your deposit is gone anyway and I wouldn’t waste time cleaning
Would rather people come in and pay during a pandemic and break social distancing than suspend payments in the midst of crisis. Would rather tenants find outside aid rather than be the ones to champion it. Doesn’t want government protection, would rather you find it yourself, has the power to stand for a community but would rather cause discord in one. Manages properties and fights against communities trying to do the right thing.
They charged me 100 bucks for a missed inspection on a work day that I couldnt miss cause of a work emergency so I'm getting fined for trying to work to pay my bills this place sucks never coming back
