The staff with this company is not the problem. The problem with this company is they allow slumlord property owners to give you even less than the bare minimum, and still ask for more later. My deposit was cut in half due to the owner/maintenance workers negligence. Everything in my old unit is taped together, falling apart, nothing is installed correctly, and all the work is done by some subpar “contractors” that the owner knows.
