Bad after purchase service.Got a 2003 Buick Lesabre with 62500 miles on it , Was told by the Salesperson car was inspected nothing wroung.After a few days of driving I had it inspected , It needed new rear shocks , Front Struts and a u joint was bad. Jenson motors said I could pay them 700 to fix it or give me 200 to help pay for parts.You dont pay 6900 dollers for a car and think you'll have to put money into it a week later.They could have least payed me the 400 dollers it cost me to get it fixed.If you decide to buy a use... read more
If your buying a use car Get it inspected by your mechanic. Paid 6999 for a buick , It needed shocks , Struts and they wanted me to pay them 700 to fix.My mechanic Shop said they really dont think Jensens even did their all point inspection on it.
