STAY AWAY! Sneaky and dishonest! We hired Jensen Mechanical to install an AC system in our home. Their bid wasn’t the cheapest, but the owner seemed trustworthy, at least initially.. He turned out to be a total cheat and the job was a disaster. Throughout the whole mess, the owner, Ryan Jensen, refused to actually take responsibility for his mismanagement, although he sure could run his mouth with excuses and blaming other people for things that he did wrong. Ryan was always on time, and installed everything on or before schedule. On inspection, our inspector said: "You got a good guy, he really knew his stuff." I called him out for the rough inspection, and he signed off on the final inspection that day.Since the installation, Ryan has been responsive and very helpful. Coming out to do maintenance, answer question, and re-explain to me how to properly change the filter.I could not reccomend him any higher.
