They have been our dentist for over 30 years! Love � Love � Love � them! And this coming from a person that was TERRIFIED of dentists! (Didn’t know Novocain existed til I was 22. Childhood dentist didn’t believe in it!)
They didn’t respect my time. Anyone that knows me in real life, knows that I give the benefit of the doubt but I couldn’t allow this to happen a 3rd time. On 2 different occasions, they fitted me for a grinding guard & a crown. Each time they took impressions & attempted to fit each one, it fit incorrectly. As a result, they had to take more impressions & I had to get off work again for them to fix their mistake & fit me again (correctly this time, thankfully). I’ve been going to Dr. Jensen’s office for 21 years; I couldn’t be happier. I love all of his staff. They have a lot of the same hygienists for as long as I can remember and they are all wonderful.
