First and foremost if I could give 5000 stars I would but Unfortunately 5 is the maximum but this jewelry store is “Top Shelf”….I’m serious the employees who work there are the best of the best…the best in the West…..the greatest employees this side of the Rockies….numero uno….number one…. Maricela was incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic throughout the entire ring-buying process. I came in with a modest budget and assumed a diamond ring was out of reach, but she patiently walked me through several beautiful alternatives — from gemstones that resemble diamonds to lab-grown options. She understood my situation, respected my budget, and still made sure I got something elegant and meaningful. On top of that, it was a time-sensitive order, and she made it happen right on schedule. Truly outstanding service!
My personal recommendation as far as jewelers goes for Boise. They have probably the widest range of price and quality, and definitely definitely swoop by and ask what sales are going on as they often have some pretty crazy ones. When there are if Daniel Avila is in, incredibly knowledgeable regarding everything they offer and seriously the best around
DAN IS THE MAN! Dan was able to work with us through our twists and turns to get the PERFECT RING. Their team went above and beyond to keep us updated on the process and were very clear and kind from the start to finish. 100% Working with these guys again at Jensen Jewlers.
