In the summer I took my engagement ring here to get resized. They resized one size UP to the wrong size. So, upon picking it up it was correct the 2nd time. However, since I was going from a size 6 to a 5 I thought they’d give us the gold but they didn’t they said it was “factored into the cost” and we didn’t get a discount for the mess up. Also, the jeweler has it to where I can clearly see where my ring has been resized. I’m super bummed. I only had my ring a month before mistakenly choosing this place to help resize!
Terrible customer service The lifetime warranty they touted is only good for the diamonds and the structural break I had in my ring is not covered.
