Ordered a necklace there, they called the wrong number to let me know it was there, only called once and when I didn't pick it up, then sold it to someone else, but when I called to ask about my necklace they said they would have to look into it and get back to me, left my number again, never received a call back with the info, called again a 3rd time a few days later to finally find out they had sold it and would have to order me a new one. Staff is friendly and attentive to what we were looking for. Didn't make a purchase as they didn't call me to let me know if the item I was looking for arrived. It's a busy time of year, but I ended up getting something elsewhere.

Terrible business. Unprofessional to say the least. They had my ring for 8 weeks and had no clue. Eventually it wound up in Boise and then I was told I had to wait another week to receive it. No verification of custody who has had possession of my ring for almost two months. If you have anything of value do not trust them with it. Helena’s next failed business! You read it here first!
