I found Jensen by chance, I had bought a diamond from Jareds and got home and was just not feeling at all excited about the purchase, I felt so much pressure and was tag teamed by two workers at jareds. We were shopping for a diamond ring at the mall jewelers in Grandville and they kept trying to get us approved for credit before we even picked out our rings. At Jensen’s we selected our wedding rings first (it was all about what we wanted) and then we worked with them on financing. I went here looking for an engagement ring for my second marriage. They gave me so much for trading in my previous ring! Definitely worth the visit. We looked all over Grand Rapids and the Rivertown Mall and did not find anywhere that could match the service and the prices we got at Jensen Jewelers. I must say the service that my fiance and I received surpassed all others. The prices are unbeatable. I wouldn't shop any where else!
I stopped in for a wedding band for my fiance because the mall stores had all the same stuff. So many unique styles! I spent a little more than what I anticipated but it was so well worth it! I even found my bridal party gifts too in one of their catologues! I have a jeweler for life.
