Have always had a great experience with Bill and Ken. Any phone calls are quickly answered and all questions or concerns addressed to our satisfaction.
Ken, as my auto insurance agent, has never let me down!! If I have a question, or need advice, he is always there for me.
If I could rate zero stars I would. I not once but twice had Kenny make errors on my insurance, causing me to not have insurance coverage on vehicles. I will never use them again or recommend their company either.
