Jensen Ford Service of Marshalltown has been great to me in the past years. I have been taking my vehicles there for a variety of different repairs and services needed, and I am very happy with the outcomes. The Service, Parts, and Billing depts are full of great people!

It started off great, I locked in an exceptional offer and then drove 3.5 miles for a car that was having a hard time shifting into gears. Made it seem like they had no issues prior, but it seems like the transmission was going out, was suppose to call with an update for the exact problem and never heard back. Just wasted a total of 7 hours. Please be aware if you’re driving from out of town for a used vehicle from this lot.
