Ask for a replacement nightgaurd. Get the wrong kind but tell the staff both times for fitting that it wasn't the same one you had. They walk you out the door and tell you its fine. Can't use the night guard and then are told it's another $600 for the night guard you should have got. Not a care in the world. Front office must be family with that attitude.
These people deleted my dental records. I absolutely needed them, and now I can't get them. Thanks a lot.
First visit. Clean, quiet, and Dr. Jensen provided personal care during visit. Staff also presented themselves as caring professionals.
Dr. Eric Jensen is gentle, compassionate, knowledgeable dentist. I went to two other dental clinics and was told two different things. A friend said, try Dr. Jensen. So, I did! No root canal and unnecessary dental work was needed. He pointed out the problem, explained how he can fix it and that was it. From the moment I walked into the super clean and peaceful waiting room, and was greeted by kind Tina, I could tell this place was going to be heads above any other dental office. Dr Eric Jensen is a very kind, gentle and thorough dentist. This was just my first appointment, but I can tell he is an honest and fair man.
