Used to be patients and customers of Jensen. The doctors aren't the problem, their opticians were. They told me my son's glasses were in and I asked what time I should come in. They continued to respond with anytime, we are open until 5. So I came in before 5. And both opticians acted like it was a big inconvenience we were there. Then on continued to tell another customer, in front of me everyone decided to come in all at the same time, and apologized to him for the wait. We had waited too. I have been going to Jensen Eye Care for years. I never have to wait, the staff is friendly and you can tell they enjoy working there. Drs. Clark and Seth are very professional and thorough. The ladies at the front and back office have been very accommodating and promptly respond to inquiries. Highly recommend!
