Drop new mke drill for service 2/10. No calls no follow up. 14 business days later still no answer on the repair and they are blaming mke tools and mke tools is blaming them. Bottom line the customer suffers not having needed equipment. 15 days to get parts isn’t acceptable in 2020 given the drill is a common unit. Sad.
I took an older homelite brush cutter in for service for my father. I got the call 2 days later that it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up they stated that it was just flooded and that they cleaned it out and filled it with fresh gas and test ran it 4 times. The total bill----NO CHARGE!! In this day and age that is amazing to me. What great customer service. You have earned a new life long customer. Thank you!
