Steve from Jensen Appraisals was very professional and courteous. The scheduling of our appraisal was extremely fast! The appraiser Donna was wonderful. She took a lot of time to ensure she covered everything and paid close attention to all of the details during the entire appraisal process. Do not use- Their appraisal was inaccurate, multiple mistakes & they only fixed one. We all make mistakes, own up to it Jensen and fix it! Too many good appraisers in Palm Beach County to use Jensen. Shop elsewhere!
Would not recommend this company. Appraiser used a comp that was in backup status so it had not closed yet. Not sure how anyone can use this as a comparable property if status is pending.
